How It All Began in Columbus
Talita Arroyo from Brownsville, TX, met and married Sgt. Tony Prince in 1944. After the war, they settled in Columbus, OH, and opened several restaurants. In 1968, they launched Talita’s, serving her traditional Tex-Mex recipes. The family-run spot became a local favorite and continues today, operated by her children and grandchildren, preserving her culinary legacy.
